A. Deman Güler studied law at the Dokuz Eylul University and the Abo Akademi University of Finland. Mr. Güler is an expert in the fields of commercial law, company law, family law, nationality law, public international law, and human rights law. From 2007 to 2009, he worked for the Council of Europe's Migration Department, the European Court of Human Rights, and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees' Tehran office. He is proficient in Turkish and English, as well as in German and Swedish.
